Carrie and Doug had their reception at Cameron Estate Inn on a nice sunny day in November.

They actually chose to elope when they got married, but their families still wanted to have a celebration – so this was a second wedding ceremony with a reception! For their wedding sweets, they chose to do a combination of cake and cupcakes displayed on wooden crates and it was absolutely beautiful! I especially loved the topper – it was so delicate and pretty.

The cupcake flavors were: Berry swirl cake with raspberry buttercream…

Vanilla bean cake with chocolate buttercream…

Chocolate cake with mocha buttercream…

And marble cake with caramel buttercream!

A nice variety of flavors for their guests! :) And they all looked so nice displayed on the beautiful wooden crates!

The cake flavor was marble with caramel buttercream filling. It was finished in vanilla bean buttercream and decorated with some beautiful fresh flowers provided by Marla, The Sunflower Lady.
