Danielle and Nate were married at Harmony Hall on a beautiful October afternoon!
We met over a year before their wedding to start planning the set-up for their sweets display and I feel like they have now become new friends of mine :) This was a really neat project since Danielle planned to use a collection of family heirloom apple crates to create the display! What her and Nate came up with was absolutely stunning.
They chose to do a 3-tier cake with an assortment of cupcakes..
The cupcake flavors were Caramel Apple, S’mores, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Vanilla Raspberry – a nice variety for their guests! :)
The rustic-iced buttercream cake looked lovely right in the center of the display, and the topper was so sweet. I also incorporated burlap and lace into the cake to match the rest of the wedding decor. The sugar flowers were hand-made to match the flowers on Danielle’s wedding dress sash.
The cake and cupcakes were beautifully displayed on vintage apple crates along with some beautiful flower arrangements provided by Marla, The Sunflower Lady.
All of the table centerpieces matched perfectly to the display as well…Beautiful details all meticulously planned and designed by Danielle herself :) This couple amazed me with all of the work they put into every single detail. The wood pieces with doilies made for a rustic yet pretty stand for the table numbers and flower arrangements. I also loved the s’mores favors :)
As I was driving away from the venue, I got a sneak peek of Danielle outside, in her dress – being photographed by Shannon Pray Photography. I always love when I get to see the bride all dolled up – she looked gorgeous and so happy! :)
Congratulations Dani & Nate – it was a pleasure working with you both and I look forward to the next project ;)
Thank you so much for letting me be a sweet part of your big day!!
